Remember a black spaniel doggy we posted a couple of months ago? She was abandoned and roaming on her own trying to find something to eat. She was so emaciated that we said ok, we will help even though we struggle with space. She came to us, shes gained some weight and now we ‘re trying slowly slowly to get over her fears. The fear in her eyes, the horror we see really kills us. We never stop wonder what some dogs go through to be so scared but to be honest, we dont want to know. We ‘re already so disappointed from humans.
The sweet girl is obviously a spaniel mix. Shes a bit more tallish than spaniels so we ‘re guessing spaniel/pointer? Shes a young girl, a pup around 7-9 months old who had to fight to survive from starvation. She was terrified when we got her and was trying to hide her face between her legs. Now shes sitting some times with the other dogs, shes coming out to see us. Still not coming close to us but we understand her. She went through a lot cause of humans and its not easy to trust again but we will get there. Shes fine with other dogs and cats, its only humans the issue which we understand.
A foster home would be the best for her and she would make a bigger improvement but locals arent interested much in fostering. Shes a lovely girl bless her. If anyone wants to sponsor and name her, message us and we can explain about the sponsorship.
