Remember her? The little terrified Segugio girl who was hiding in the corners from fear? We posted Fedra a few months ago wanting to raise some awareness in the situations we get some dogs. Its beyond horrible what these dogs are going through with their owners and unfortunately our governments so far are doing nothing, nothing to prevent this.

Well after these few months we have some good news. Shes not hiding in the corners. Shes going out of the cage on play time and has some fun with the other dogs. When it feeding time she knows it and waits impatiently for her turn. Shes still scared, but nothing like the first days we got her. We know Segugios are timid and sensitive characters so shes got all the time she wants.

We don’t know her age due to being a stray but we can tell shes young. We see her play with the pups in her cage and we see shes behaving like a pup herself. You see we mix happy and confident dogs with scared ones to help them socialise. We try to socialise our dogs as much as we can because we know they will go into families after. We love our dogs and try what’s best for them. A video of Fedra is of course one of our next goals. Today we didn’t manage taking one, we didn’t have much time while cleaning but we will try more in the next days. Shes a gorgeous girl bless her and she deserves to find a home.
