That look eh? That very cheeky, that full of mischief look belongs to Poppy. Shes one of 3 shepherd crosses found abandoned 5-6 months ago. They were tiny babies back then and unfortunately one of them didnt survive. Poppys brother is adopted locally and Poppy is the one looking for a home.
Pops isnt a big dog, shes medium size and will stay by the looks of it that size. She will be around 15-20 kilos when fully grown. Even though her look fulls you, shes not a mallinois. Shes a german shepherd crossed with a hound around 8 months old. Her brother has more hound look than her. Shes active, not need to deny that, shes very smart, we can say that shes a working type doggy. She currently lives in a family with young children without any issues. The children play with her and keep her occupied. Its like doing agility when shes with them. Poppy loves the water and plays in the small pool the family has in the garden. Dont forget we have 37-42c daily here in Cyprus. Puddling pools are a must.
Who ever adopts this girl must be an active person. Shes an active dog and if she goes to a home where she wont go long walks or do agility, she will be miserable. Shepherd youngsters are active doggies, the same with hounds. Its her dna, shes an active dog, we wont say shes quiet and calm just to find her a home. Who ever adopts her, will do it for who she is, will accept her as an active dog and love her cause shes also an amazing doggy. Shes lots of things in one, sweet and loving, active and needs to do things, to do agility. Sociable and playful, a beautiful young belgian shephered with a hound most probably.
